What is the Global Seal of Biliteracy?
The Global Seal of Biliteracy is a standards-based certification that documents your ability to speak, read, write, and understand a second language. It is issued based on qualifying scores from approved language proficiency exams and has been awarded to students and professionals in over 55 countries.
Three Levels of Certification:
Functional Fluency (Intermediate Mid / CEFR B1)
Working Fluency (Advanced Low / CEFR B2)
Professional Fluency (Advanced High / CEFR C1)
Each certificate includes a unique serial number and can be added to your:
